Circuits Designed by Dave Johnson, P.E. :
  • ULTRA PURE 125KHz SINE WAVE SIGNAL SOURCE
For some RFID systems operating at 125KHz, a very low distortion signal source reference is needed.  The circuit shown on this page produces a 10-volt peak-to-peak signal into a 50-ohm load, with a distortion of only 0.01%.

Narrow Band Audio Bandpass Filter -  This audio bandpass filter is useful for amplification and filtering of weak AM TV video carriers. For example, a DFM (digital frequency audio multimeter) may have insufficient input sensitivity for measuring extremely weak SSB TV video audio signals. By using the 20 Hz filter to peak the wanted carrier, the DFM will display the carrier frequency....[By Tony Mann and Todd Emslie]

Single Op-Amp Bandpass Filter -  A bandpass filter passes a range of frequencies while rejecting frequencies outside the upper and lower limits of the passband.
