  • SQUARE WAVE DRIVER HAS FLEXIBLE OUTPUTS
    This circuit can produce an output signal ranging from DC to 100KHz. It can source a voltage ranging from 1v to 30v. It can sink a voltage ranging from zero volts to –30v. It can drive up to 200ma of current and can even be switched to a floating tristate output.

Square Wave Oscillator -  It has adjustable (and settable) frequencies from 1Hz to 100kHz and is an ideal piece of Test Equipment.
Square Wave Oscillator -  This project is a piece of test equipment. It's a square wave oscillator with 6 selectable frequencies from 1Hz to 100kHz, incrementing in decade values.  It's most useful application is as a Signal Injector for radios and TV's. A square wave is the most suitable for testing the IF (Intermediate Frequency) strip as the signal will pass through the IF transformers without any attenuation, no matter what....(projected added 05/08)

Square-wave modulator has variable frequency and pulse width -  8-Aug-02 Issue of EDN  A few years ago, I worked at a disk-drive company. We had a plating facility that required square waves to drive the high-voltage plating operation. The challenge was that the square wave's pulse width had to be variable, along with the duty cycle. Stable 40kHz Clock (Rodney Radford) -  ASCII format-A circuit that I have used before is based on the CD4060 (14stage binary counter) and a 640Khz ceramic resonator. Summer Linearizes Ramp & Triangle Generators -  12/08/94 EDN-Design Ideas....The ramp generator in Fig 1a and the triangle-wave generator in Fig 1b charge capacitor C1 linearly. The key to the circuits' linearity is an op-amp adder that sums a reference voltage with the voltage on C1. Sweep your Function Generator -  Function generators built around the XR2206 have always had an excellent price/performance ratio, and the IC although ‘obsolescent’ is still available.
