This is my schematic of infrared transmitter and receiver module. The transmitter includes NE555 oscillator and a tip122 transtor amplifier which drives a infrared led. The receiver has a receiver led (TO package) with an amplifier including a Tip 122 transtor connecting to an 7404 buffer amplifier IC. The range now is about 10m so the problem is extending the range and the reason why to do so ( in case of you success in widening). Also, I’m interested in how far the max range of an infrared module can reach is.

I don't see a schematic. |

The range is only limited by the Tx LEDs output and it's radiation angle. If extreme long range is the goal then use an IR laser module at the transmitter instead of an LED. |

i've given my schematic. so, can you suggest something for my question here? |

You can gain some distance by driving the LED harder. You can wire multiple LEDs in series. Four LEDs will double the distance. You can position a lens in front of the receiver. A lens with four times the area of the bare receiver will double the distance. You can position a lens in front of the LED. Again, if the lens is 4 times the surface area than the bare LED, you can double the distance. |

good ideal. and other way, how do you think about changing the frequency of trans led via changing another resistor of the NE555 schematic. |
