Hello, I have a pwr supply board from an lcd tv.
the outputs were mainly 24v, 12v and 5v and pwr on.
all the 1000uf caps are expanded.
the set would only blink the on LED a few times, trying to come alive then quit.
5v is present, but nothing else.
Please write what you think it might be

Hollo, I think you better change all EXPANDED CAPS at first.
also about three or four 1000uf Caps inside the circuit.

Thanks Raymond. I've fixed the TV over 6 months ago and its still going strong. But for anyone interested. That solved it -- Very common problem-- Entire TV dead.... 4$ worth of capacitors brought it back to life!
