Dimmable LED Desk Lamp

This circuit was used to convert a portable fluorescent desk lamp to LEDs. It is dimmable from "night light" level to "retina burner" level.72 high-brightness LEDs put out a lot of light. Without a diffuser, the light output is very directional, like a powerful flashlight.
