INDUCTOR SELF-RESONANCE TESTER

This circuit tests the self-resonance frequency is of an inductor. During the test, only a few picofarads of parallel capacitance are added to the inductor.  When connected to an oscilloscope and a signal generator, you can measure resonant frequencies from kilohertz to over 10 megahertz.
