How to Assemble Your Own 3D Printer -  3D printing, getting popular for making usable objects, is the reverse of traditional machining where material is removed from a block by drilling, cutting, chiseling, etc for making objects.  in 3D...__ Electronics Projects for You

How to Build a 300MHz AM RF Remote Control System -  if you plan to build this project, simply replace the RE-99 receiver & TX-99 transmitter with the RWS-434 & TWS-434A RF receiver & transmitter modules found HERE.  These circuits will work with any RF transmitter and receiver modules.  Due to the huge interest in this project, I have just recently finished the NEW schematics.  The older schematics were scanned and pretty poor quality.  These new ones should make it considerably easier to recognize the parts used for the project.   __ Designed by © Reynolds Electronics

How to Build a Lid-Monitoring Sensor Module -  if you need a lid monitor sensor system for an application, this is the circuit you have been looking for.  One application for such sensors would be in the security market....__ Electronics Projects for You

How to build Amplifier 2x30W with STK465 -  A amplifier of acoustic frequencies can be manufactured with discernible materials, despite is known so much the difficulties of finding of materials, what the problem of regulations.  These difficulties are overcome relatively easily if we find amplifier in form completed __ Designed by Kyriakos Kontakos

How to build Deluxe Charge Rate Limiter for Small Capacity NiCad Batteries -  Here is a deluxe version of the simple charge rate limiter, using the same idea but with the ability to charge two packs simultaneously from a single wall charger.  For circuit description and parts list, see  __ Designed by Kyriakos Kontakos

How to Control Multiple Leds -  Multiplexing the i/O ports, you can control many LEDs using a few ports.   __ Designed by Jose Pino

How to Get Power from PC to Yours -  Application Note __ Designed by Tomi Engdahl

How to Make a Speaker -  A homemade speaker using a plastic cup, business card, wire, magnet and some Lego blocks.  I built this speaker from scratch; I was surprised of the quality of the sound.  Updated! .   __ Designed by Jose Pino

How to Make Chase Lights -  This example shows3 track chase lights built from3-Christmas light sets and1-light chaser controller__

How to record telephone conversations -  Sometimes it is useful to record telephone conversations.  The easiest way is to go to a shop and buy a telephone conversation recording adapter which is connected between telephone line and the tape recorder.  Those recording adapters are usually connected between telephone line and the telephone, but there are also other type available __ Designed by Tomi Engdahl

How to select the proper mixer -  Application Note__ MiniCircuits.com

How to Use the World's Smallest 24-Bit No Latency Delta-Sigmatm ADC to Its Fullest Potential -  AN80 Linear Technology's LTC2400 is the world's first 24-bit ADC in an SO-8 package.  An innovative new delta-sigma architecture has been developed.  The result is a small, highly accurate, simple-to-use delta-sigma ADC.  This App Note was created to educate users__ Linear Technology/Analog Devices

How Van De GrAAff Generators work -  Most of us have seen the device, known as a Van de Graaff generator that makes your hair stand on end.  The device looks like a big aluminum ball mounted on a pedestal.  Have you ever wondered what this device is, how it works, why it was invented, or how you might build1-yourself?__

How VCO Parameters Affect Each Other -  AN-95-005 Application Note__ MiniCircuits.com

How-to build a webserver for 30Euros with ENC28J61 -  The ENC28J60 is a single chip 10mb Ethernet controller easy to drive by a microcontroller with SPi bus.  __

How-to build an USB Device with 18F4550 or 18F2552 -  PIC  18F4550 and 18F2550 are powerful microcontrollers including a full-speed USB V2.0 compliant interface.  With these MCU it's very easy for the hobbyist to design USB devices with very few components.  in these pages, i'm describing how to use the CDC firmware from Microchip.  it permits to emulate a serial port with a PC running Windows or Linux.  it's also very easy to build HiD devices.   __ Designed by Radio LocMan

Illustrated Guide & Rules for AM erican Robot Sumo -  Robot Sumo is a simple, but fun, pushing contest.  This guide is a complete description and walkthrough of a Sumo robot contest.  it includes a variety of regulations, as well as tips and suggestions.   __ Contact David Cook

Inductance meter for RF Inductors  -  needed a way to measure hand-wound RF inductors in my second lab, and since I would only be doing this occasionally, I didn't need anything fancy, and since once a friend finishes his AT90S1200-based design, I plan to make one myself, I figured I'duse this for less than a year, so I didn't want to invest __ Designed by Dick Cappels

Inexpensive APRS Weather Station -  There are two kits you need to get for this weather station.  The first is the outdoor sensor.  it costs about $80 and can be bought online from the AAG.  http://www.  aag.  com.  mxThis kit provides the sensor unit (some assembly required) and an interface that allows you to hook it up to your __ Designed by Will Beals

Infrared Sensor Based Power Saver -  Quite often you forget to switch off the light or fan when going out of the room.  The simple circuit presented here will automatically switch off electrical appliances like lights or...__ Electronics Projects for You

Inside the Big Trak -  Ever wonder how the Big Trak toy worked? And what about the mysterious iN button on the keypad? __ Contact David Cook

Intelligent Video Switcher -  Monitoring several cameras on one monitor is usually done in one of two ways:  divide the screen into sections and show them all at once, or time sequence the cameras onto the whole screen.   __ Designed by Luhan Monat-Mesa Arizona

Intrusion Detector-Video -  This device uses a PIC 16F819 and an LM339 to detect motion on a video signal.  The incoming video is 'clamped' using one section of the LM339, the sync tips are detected with another section, and a 3rd section can detect VBi or other data.   __ Designed by Luhan Monat - Mesa Arizona

IR Security -  PIC  Project  This unit uses one TSAL6100 iR/LED emitter from Digi-Key.  This iR diode has a narrow (10 degree) radiation pattern at 940 NM.  it is driven via 2n2904 transistor for maximum current pulses.  The detector is a Vishay TSOP4838 38Khz integrated receiver module.  The 38Khz signal for the emitter is generated in software.   __ Designed by Luhan Monat - Mesa Arizona

IR Terminal, Remote -  This unit provide 2 way iR communications using a numeric keypad and an LCD display.  Data is sent and recieved in acsii with no regard to what the data means to any particular device __ Designed by Luhan Monat-Mesa Arizona

Iron Pyrites Negative Resistance Oscillator -  i made an active semiconductor device at home with iron Pyrites.  With it, a simple continuous wave broadcast band oscillator (transmitter) was built.  With a carbon microphone connected, it could even transmit my voice to a nearby am radio.   __ Designed by Nyle Steiner K7NS

Isolated Probe -  PIC  Project  Working on live telephone circuits can be a problem.  You just can't connect a normal scope probe to the circuit while it is tied to the phone line __ Designed by Luhan Monat - Mesa Arizona

Jet, the ultra-fast line-following robot -  Learn the technical extravagance that competition leads to, as a line-following robot breaks the 100 cm/s barrier.  includes plenty of techno-babble and names of people you don't know.   __ Contact David Cook

Knight Rider Lights -  The 555 timer IC is connected for Astable Operation, the clock pulses are fed to the 4017 IC via the 10K resistor.  The 4017 is a 10 stage counter, each of the outputs is connected to the appropriate LED, as some LEDs need to be on for more than one count, we use diodes to avoid a short circuit situation between outputs.  The capacitor and resistor __ Designed by Andy Clarkson
